In my experience, a man’s haircut achieves its aesthetic peak anywhere between eight to ten minutes before he is done with the haircutting sessions.
The funny thing is that it’s such a fleeting moment and by the time you think “Hey, this is looking good” it’s gone. Almost like a glimpse.
After that, it’s all downhill up until the moment where there are eight to ten minutes left on the next session.
It’s a natural cycle, and in my case, one that I’ve come to accept as nearly unbreakable.
I cut my own hair, so I have nobody but myself to blame.
